Invitation to Tender for Ground Floor Student Union Café Refurbishment

The University of West London invites tender submissions for a design and build tender for the Student Union Café incorporating a new kitchen to ground floor in the Park building, St Mary's Road, Ealing W5 5RF. The tendering contractor is to provide a full design, based on the employer's requirements within these documents

The contractors will be expected to provide a design solution to meet the Project Brief

The scope of works comprise the following key elements of the refurbishment works to The Park building as follows: • Temporary hoardings / protections • Minor Demolitions and alterations • MEP strip-out • Supply and installation of all kitchen equipment • Supply and install of the main counter • Architectural / Fabric works generally • Supply and installation of all fire separation including fire curtains, shutters etc • Connections to the fire alarm systems
