Team Topologies is a major step forward in organisational design for software and by presenting a well-defined way for teams to interact and interrelate it helps make the resulting software architecture clearer and more sustainable\. The work that will be led by the Supplier will enable DST to look at all their Teams structures, interactions, flows, blockers etc to become more efficient\.
