## Description

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council \(TWBC\) is inviting suitably experienced consultants to tender to provide services in relation to developing a town centre study that will inform the future work on the Royal Tunbridge Wells Town Centre Plan \(TCP\)\. The TCP will be a land use planning document - a Local Plan specific for that area, comprising of a vision, strategy, masterplan and planning policies for the town centre to ensure its long-term prosperity and success\. Key Dates & Timeline for Procurement These are as follows, o Tender release: 11th April 2022 o Expression of Interest Deadline: 12pm on 2nd May 2022 o Deadline for submission of completed quotations: 12pm on 9th May 2022 o Evaluation: 16th -17th May 2022 o Interviews: End of May/Early June o Appointment of contractor: Early June
