## Description

The contract is available for application by a general building contractor, demolition contractor or asbestos removal contractor acting as the principal contractor for the duration of the contract who will appoint and supervise all required sub-contractors\. The contractor will be responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of the following works either directly or by employing suitably qualified and experienced sub-contractors: \(a\) Site set up \(b\) Asbestos removal \(c\) Demolition and removal \(d\) Ground works for the car park \(e\) Reinstatements to H block and Riverside \(f\) Groundworks for a new bike shed Additional information: Visit https://www\.eastmidstenders\.org for more information\.
