Review of Highways England's supply chain management framework in readiness for RIS2

The project is being commissioned to assess Highways England's processes to assure itself of its supply chain's readiness to deliver the RIS2 portfolio of investment. The focus of the work will be on major schemes, but we will also ask the contractor to consider readiness to deliver a significant volume of renewals work, including concrete pavement replacement.
