## Description

Between 2015 and 2021 East Suffolk Council, \(formerly Waveney District Council\) commissioned studies into the development opportunities of key commercial sites within Lowestoft to support the anticipated growth within the clean energy sector\. Review and appraise previous studies to inform whether the outcomes reflect the current opportunities for supporting key industry sectors within the inner harbour and PowerPark area of Lowestoft\.
