## Description

Guildford Borough Council have a requirement for an experienced contractor to replace the existing CHP at Spectrum Leisure Centre, Guildford\. The successful tenderer will be responsible for detailed design, supply, installation and commissioning of the new system to the performance specification provided\. The successful contractor will be required to offer a comprehensive monitoring and maintenance package for 12 months following the commissioning of the CHP unit\. The contract will be JCT Minor Works with Contractors Design 2016\.
