To write an inclusive language guide that supports local authorities to develop confidence and competence in discussing workforce equality and diversity topics and co-develop and co-deliver a launch event, as described in the specification\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
