## Description

The provision of resilient MS CloudUCX Enhanced service, that is based on Highly Available AudioCodes Cloud Edition virtual Session Border Controllers hosted in AWS\. Cloud Edition offers increased high availability and scalability and flexibility for tenants\. It will replace the Isle of Wight Council's existing on premise telephony solution, enable Microsoft Teams for Inbound and Outbound PSTN calls via Teams Direct Routing\. To assist with migrating users from the existing telephony solution to calling in Microsoft Teams on a phased approach\. Please note that the contract type is a combination of both services and supplies\. The initial term of the contract is 3 years \(01 November 2024 - 31 October 2027\) at a cost of £248,435 incl one off costs, and if the 12m extension is utilised \(until 31 October 2028\) whole life cost will be £326,435\.00\.
