## Description

Nottinghamshire County Council \(NCC\) is seeking to appoint a single contractor to provide Electric Metering Operator Services for our Energy Management Department\. NCC currently has c282 Non Half Hour \(NHH\) electric meters that provide meter reads to our electricity supplier and detailed Half Hour \(HH\) data to our energy management system\.
