Eastbourne Borough Council requires garages in the Eastbourne area to provide vehicle suitability examinations for Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicles\. A specification, Appendix 1, for the project is attached\. Appendix 2 is the Quality Evaluation Questions please ensure you complete and return these with your quotation response\.
