GB-London: T1266 Exploring the cost of using default ETCS braking values for Freight

Using a mix real-word data and modelling, it will consider the use of "default" values (based on minimum braking performance requirements described in GMRT2045) compared to actual Lambda values explore possible improvements in freight operations, including improved permissible speeds, pathing and operational reliability.)
