Further Competition under the Cambridgeshire County Council Design & Build Contractor Framework Lot 3 - Waterbeach Primary School

Cambridgeshire County Council (the Authority) invites quotations via further competition under the Cambridgeshire County Council Design & Build Contractor Framework for the provision of Design & Build Services for Phase 1 of a new Primary School on the Waterbeach Barracks development. The project comprises the design and construction of a new 2FE primary school (with 3FE core) with Early Years facilities to be built on the Waterbeach Barracks Development including external works (Phase 1). The scope includes the submission of a planning application and discharging of conditions as required for the full 3FE Primary School. The first Phase will be constructed as part of this project with Phase 2 to be developed later. All to be completed to enable the school (Phase 1) to operate starting the September 2023 school term at the latest.
