Commercialisation of Shaw House - AWARD

Shaw House is one of a small number of heritage assets owned by West Berkshire Council (WBC). It is currently used for internal meetings, public events, conferences, and wedding ceremonies. The Council now wishes to explore further commercial uses for the site so that it can become a net contributor to the Council's budget and is looking to commission a Provider to carry out a piece of consultancy work in relation to the commercialisation of Shaw House.

It is anticipated that this service will run from July-August 2024. The total budget for this service is £15,000 and bids for this service should not exceed this amount.
