Fire Rated and Non-Fire Rated Doors Renewal Programme

The tender is for the replacement of Fire Rated and Non-Fire Rated doors where required and covers all Cheltenham Borough Council's (CBC) domestic housing stock and leasehold properties which are managed by Cheltenham Borough Homes (CBH). The housing stock is contained within the Borough of Cheltenham and total approximately 5000 dwellings of which approximately 50% are contained within blocks no higher than five storeys.
