## Description

Cheshire East Council are looking to appoint heat network specialists to advise on the integration into the proposed North Cheshire Garden Village at Handforth\. Based upon the proposed masterplan for the site, the commission will provide heat demand and cluster options and an outline heat network masterplan\. This is funded by the Heat Network Funding from the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy \(BEIS\), and part of the European Local Energy Assistance \(ELENA\) programme\. Period: 18\.3\.19 - 21\.6\.19 with 1 x 3 months option to extend
