## Description

The project will evaluate the effectiveness, governance and early impact of the Climate Leadership in Cities \(CLIC\) programme, providing: I\. An early formative evaluation on the suitability of the governance structure and performance of the delivery partners; II\. An early impact evaluation of the effectiveness of delivery of technical assistance, global research and national advocacy in achieving programme direct outputs and progress towards medium term objectives\. III\. A review of BEIS results reporting on CLIC, and a simplified results tool\. This was advertised through the DfID Global Evaluation Framework Agreement \(GEFA\), Lot 1\.
