## Description

The Council wish to procure a Provider to host, develop and maintain Telford & Wrekin’s Children’s Services online procedures manual, the Provider will be required to keep up to date with changes in legislation, regulations and statutory guidance, recommend changed to procedures and provide template materials\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
