ECO Funded External Wall Insulation and Repairs

Rykneld Homes Ltd (RHL) working with, and on behalf of, North East Derbyshire District Council (NEDDC) is seeking to appoint a suitable contractor to deliver an Energy Company Obligation (ECO) part-funded programme to cover approximately one hundred and sixty nine external wall insulation (EWI) instalments on Reema properties within Grassmoor, Chesterfield. Completing an investment programme, the scheme will include the survey and repair of all elements of each property prior to the fitting of the external wall insulation to ensure that retrospective repairs are not required. We are seeking to engage with a company with the necessary skills, knowledge and experience to represent Rykneld Homes (the Client) on a delivering these works and be a registered 'Green Deal' Installer and be able to gain the necessary funding
