Work description
The contract has been awarded through the Exception to Requirements of Competition in accordance with BMDC Contract Standing Orders. There is a statutory duty upon local authorities to commission independent advocacy services. The Independent complaints advocacy team provide support and information around raising concerns and complaints about care and treatment received from the NHS
