Monkwearmouth Building 3, 7 and 8 First Floor Fire Alarm Upgrade (L2)

Monkwearmouth Hospital was built in 1932 and supports a range of mental health services for the local and wider communities. To ensure the site can continue to support the delivery of our services, a programme of essential work has been identified to replace the existing fire alarm system with a new Honeywell GENT L2 system within the following areas.

• Building 3 First Floor • Building 7 First Floor • Building 8 First Floor

All costs are to include the following; • Design for all systems to complying to BS 5839-1:2017 • Supply and installation of all equipment and cabling. (Detectors to be Gent S-Quad) • Commissioning Certificate • Handover Pack (Including O&M Manual and As Fitted Drawings)
