Work description
Oxleas is seeking a housing provider or other suitable providers to join us in an exciting, innovate new community service in 2020.
We are looking to develop a small hostel, run in partnership between the housing provider and a new, specialist community mental health team.
This new slow-stream service will meet the complex needs of male forensic mental health service users with significant rehabilitation needs, following long lengths of stay in secure services.
Key priorities will be integrated working with the housing and clinical staff, initiatives for increasing equalities in care and creative approaches to rehabilitation.
We will serve South London so are particularly interested in hostel locations that can be accessed across this broad area.
In light of this, we are currently seeking informal expressions of interest and some insight from the market as to the current capabilities on offer. We will present more information about the service and our hopes for the partnership.
