## Description

Procured through CCS Technology Services 3 Framework\. ONR require an external Security Operations Centre \(SOC\) function and Security Information and Event Management \(SIEM\), with the intention of establishing a hybrid SOC approach whereby external and internal \(ONR\) Security Operations resources will have the capability to manage SOC and threat protection configuration and monitoring\.
