## Description

Full details are available via ProContract tendering system - Unitas are looking for Contractors to carry out internal clearance to council owned void properties within the boundaries of Stoke-on-Trent\. Unitas are looking to appoint two Contractors \(we will only utilise the 2nd Contractor when the 1st Contract is at full capacity or as support when in high demand\)\. This opportunity will be awarded based on MEAT - the split is 40% price, 30% technical and 30% social value\.
