Asset Management Strategy to inform the cost and delivery options associated with the site\. 5\. Provide Holding Cost Estimates 6\. Dilapidation Liability Assessment\. 7\. Phase 1 SI Study 8\. Project Management Fees associated with the coordination of the above activities\.
