Description
Homes England and Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) are committed to completing an ambitious and comprehensive evaluation of interventions that the Agency is involved in delivering, to better understand the impact that the Agency has through its market-facing interventions, and to learn lessons from delivery to date to inform future delivery. This study will evaluate the impact and value for money of the Private Rented Sector (PRS) and Affordable Housing (AH) guarantee schemes, as well as evaluate the process and delivery of the programme, providing lessons learnt for the design and delivery of future schemes.
