For the delivery of supported Accommodation Services for Vulnerable Adults with support needs and deliver a person centred, personalised programme of support lasting between 3 and 18 months to support vulnerable adults towards becoming independent and developing the skills and confidence to move on into appropriate long-term accommodation\.
