WME intends to create a new four year single supplier framework for the provision of electricity supplies, with WME acting as intermediary to buy the electricity on the wholesale market\. WME provides a fully managed service including validation and payment of bills on behalf of customers\. In addition, WME also provides a procurement only service\.
