Development Advisor for Convent Way Estate Regeneration

"The Council is seeking to appoint a development advisor to aid the Council in delivering a soft market testing exercise to identify potential development partners for the regeneration of Convent Way Estate. \r \r This appointment will involve the development of soft market testing packs and identification of potential development partners for LBH to engage in terms of the soft market testing. The appointment also includes the production of presentations, reports, and attendance at senior level meetings to agreed the soft market testing and development partnership procurement strategies.
