1718CSTD05 Labour market response to off-payroll reform in the public sector (IR35)

This research will gather quantitative and qualitative evidence about the immediate impact of reforms to off-payroll working in the public sector, sometimes known as IR35. The research will collect data from public sector bodies about the implementation of the reforms. The findings will help to understand the impacts of the reforms as part of a post-implementation evaluation.
