## Description

The Winchester District Economic Strategy 2010 to 2020 supports the local economy by encouraging entrepreneurship and business start up, and helping established businesses to thrive and prosper\. Winchester City Council is seeking to commission a service to support businesses located in the Winchester District for a two year period from 1 June 2017\.
