## Description

2\.1\. The service consists of providing legal services support for the recovery of leasehold debt\. The service provider must be a Law Society Regulated SRA \(Solicitors Regulation Authority\) that possesses experience of working with public sector organisations and in particular local authorities/ALMOs\. It is expected that the total value of contract will be £150K\. in addition there will be court fee reimbursements of approx\. £135K
