Programme of Work: Concrete Repairs - Epinal Way, Loughborough

Scope of Works\r Concrete repairs are required to a concrete culvert located beneath the carriageway on Epinal Way. \r The proposed repair works will include the following tasks:\r • Design (including applications for all permits), setup, maintenance of Traffic Management\r • Removal of delaminated and deleterious concrete from the deck soffit.\r • Treatment/replacement of corroded reinforcement steels.\r • Installation of galvanic anode protection.\r • Application of a cementitious repair mortar.\r \r Please note: The Contractor is to provide all works to deliver the scheme in its entirety.\r All Dutyholders to fulfil their roles and responsibilities as defined in CDM Regulations 2015.\r
