Further competition carried out under the terms and conditions of ESPO framework agreement ref 115_17 for the supply and provision of Outdoor Playground, Fitness & Sports Facilities. Southend-on-Sea Borough Council appointed a contractor with relevant experience in the design and installation of poor in-situ concrete wheeled sports facilities to design and install a facility compliant with BS EN 14974:2006+A1:2010.
