## Description

Consultancy services to produce a strategy for developing a new cultural district in the City\. The aim of the project is to set out a clear strategy that outlines a vision for transforming the public realm-changing a place from looking tired, and disjointed, to fresh, lively and welcoming\. The area of the City will become artistic, creative, innovative, and be family-friendly as well as worker-friendly, and welcoming for people who may not usually come into the City\.
