Brief Description of Requirement: This contract is for the delivery of an extensive evaluation of the Flexibility Exchange Demonstration ("FleX") competition. The Flex competition was part of the broader BEIS £505m Energy Innovation Programme. Taking into consideration the Department's priorities, this evaluation seeks to deliver against the following aims: Aim 1 - Assess the achievements of the FleX competition (impact evaluation) Aim 2 - Provide lessons on optimal competition design and delivery (process evaluation)
