Description

The project comprises of replacement of the flat roof to Newquay Library. The building consists of two floors, a ground level which predominately houses the Library and One Stop Shop service and a first floor which has a number of offices, one of which is occupied by the Newquay Business Improvement District. It is important to note that the works should have minimal disruption to the services provided by Newquay library and other users of the building. Additionally there should be minimal impact on the surrounding businesses with noise and disruption kept to a minimum. Residential properties are located in the nearby vicinity.
