## Description

Synopsis: The scheme consists of the alteration and refurbishment of the Medical School Room A13 to create a Campus Services Hub, including removing existing walls, adding new walls, removing toilets and adding new reception area and all associated M&E works\. Objectives: To maximise value and balance risk from this procurement activity to enable the financial sustainability of the University of Nottingham with a positive impact on our society\.
