## Description

Stockton Council is seeking to procure 168 units of accommodation based short term housing related support over 3 lots \(Families, Adults, Young People\. Plus an additional 2 units of crash pad accommodation under a 4th lot\. This service is to provide help to those who are not yet ready for independent living and may be facing problems such as homelessness, multiple debts, mental or physical health problems and substance misuse all of which can make landlords reluctant to offer them a tenancy\.
