It is part of the Councils Civic building but has a separate entrance and exit\. It was previously used as a bank and has recently been operating as a meanwhile space providing a daytime café and a live music events venue in the evening\. It lends itself to continue to provide a day and night-time offer of this kind and any operator will need to ensure social value and community wealth outcomes\.
