Appointment of Receivers - Scott ROWBOTHAM

The requirement is to act as a Receiver appointed by the Court (and is therefore an independent officer of the Court) except when the appointment is to act as a Trustee in which case the Trustee will act under the direction of the relevant Contracting Body in the case of a Trustee. On appointment, the Receiver will perform investigative, management and/or enforcement functions as appropriate.
