## Description

MHRA requires a Framework Agreement with a duration of three \(3\) years with one \(1\) optional extension of twelve \(12\) months\. The Framework Agreement value does not represent a commitment to spend £4,000,000\. The framework is arranged over 4 Lots of varying disciplines: Lot 1 - External Works Lot 2 - Internal Works Lot 3 - Mechanical Works Lot 4 - Electrical Works This Invitation to Tender is being run via the Health Family 'Atamis' e-tendering portal\. https://atamis-1928\.my\.site\.com/s/Welcome This Portal will be used to manage all procurements and communication with Tenderers\. Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued to Tenderers and no hard copy tender responses will be received by MHRA\.
