## Description

Tees Valley Combined Authority \(TVCA\) wishes to invite you to submit a tender for the above framework opportunity on behalf of: • TVCA in partnership with North East of England Process Industry Cluster \(NEPIC\) and Collectively referred to as the buyers or individually as a buyer\. Framework for Engineering Companies to Support Decarbonisation Cluster Plan works\. The successful bidder\(s\) will be awarded a framework contract to provide services to the project\. Individual tasks under the framework will be awarded either by: • mini-competition \(where more than one of the framework contractors has the appropriate skills and availability\); • or by direct award \(where only one framework contractor is deemed by the project manager to have specific knowledge, appropriate skills, or availability to complete the work\)\.
