Woodford Park Leisure Centre - Room Refurb

To strip and disposal of existing bar fixtures, fittings and equipment (FF&E), existing water supplies and wastes, suspended ceiling and some internal walls as stipulated on plan, this will involve working parallel with the electrical contractor. Block up redundant doors and shutters as shown on plan. Create new opening for windows as shown on plan. The room will then be returned in a plastered finish to walls and ceiling, decorating to be done by others.
