6-007 Evaluation of Designated Funds_RIS1 Review

Highways England plans to undertake a RIS1 Review of Designated Funds and the purpose of this commission is to provide specialist evaluation support to generate evidence and independently assess what has been delivered through the RIS 1 investment in Designated Funds, in order to build our understanding about the type of benefits (and the size of effect) which are being generated through the Funds. This will be presented in a review report, forming the first deliverable from the Designated Funds Evaluation programme.
