The collation of all the utilities already installed and those proposed\\r to assess the spare capacity against future demand for the remaining phases of the development\.\\r \\r With regard to the adoption of highways and drainage, WSP will collate all the information from Anglian Water and the plot Developers to provide advice as to the next steps that\\r need to be undertaken to complete the adoption process\.
