## Description

Project description is to obtain external specialised support for the national Test Beds programme who are seeking a suitable supplier who can primarily: • Provide support, advice and quality assurance of Wave 1/1\.5 local evaluations; • Produce final synthesis/evaluation update reports for Waves 1 and 1\.5; • Provide advice and guidance to the Test Beds national team on evaluation\.
