Eldon Street new build two storey residential facility

Progress Housing Association is seeking to appoint Single Provider to meet its requirements for the new build construction of a block of 14 flats at the site of the former St Davids Church, Eldon Street, Preston. PHA is looking to work with bidders who are able to provide the construction services to deliver the new scheme.

The Scope of the Services is as follows:

PHA is seeking an experienced Contractor to complete the construction of a block of 14nr flats. The scheme will be fully designed and procurement will be to a Traditional JCT Building Contract. PHA intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the construction works to this site. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the works include the following; 1 New build construction of a 14nr unit Supported Living scheme. 2 Associated M&E and plumbing services installations. 3 Associated decoration and new floor/wall finishes.
