## Description

The University has a requirement for a single SLS 3D printer with Nylon as its main or optional powder source, along with minimum 3 \(three\) years warranty and ongoing maintenance including annual servicing and repairs for the Faculty of Arts, Design and Humanities\. The Contract will be based on a Lease Purchase Agreement of 3 \(three\) years with the option to extend for further three 12 \(twelve\) month periods for a total duration of 6 \(six\) years Contract\. The University reserves the right at its' sole discretion after year 3 to either continue with the original lease for a further period or to arrange purchase of the equipment, hence pricing to be provided for both instances as per the Pricing Schedule forming part of this document\.
