General office stationery has always been provided by YPO due to our relationship with them as founding members but the provision of office paper has been separate from this arrangement for several years due to increased efficiency savings by accessing paper through alternative sources\. The contract is a Direct Award and ensures that the Council has a compliant contractual arrangement in this area\.
